This update is for new Windows 10 systems. They automatically install this update the first time they connect to the internet. They can then choose to receive the Windows 11 upgrade immediately (if the system is available). Previously, the entire Windows 10 operating system was installed before users could download the Windows 11 update. Since nearly the entire process is automated, this transition should now be faster and smoother. The update is not available for Windows 10 version 20H2 as it expired earlier this year.   In February, the European Commission announced plans to launch a 6 billion-euro satellite network, and now EU countries are about to strike a deal.
